When you place your order we take the time to ensure the products you have chosen are in perfect condition and packaged correctly to ensure a safe delivery. Once you receive your items please notify us immediately if you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of your purchase.
We do not offer refunds but we do happily offer an exchange for a new product or store credit for future use. In order to receive our full exchange/store credit promise, all products must be returned to us in the original packaging and in unused condition within 14 days after you receive your items.
We aim to ship your items for $15 and post every week day.
